How old do I have to be to attend one of your events?
To attend one of our events, you must be at least 21 years old, in accordance with NYC law Please be prepared to show valid government-issued identification, such as a driver's license or passport, at the event entrance to verify your age
Can I attend an event with a non-USA Identity?
Yes, you can attend an event with a non-USA identity. However, if you have a foreign ID, you must present both the ID and a clear photo of your passport on your cell phone as a form of identification. This dual verification process ensures that the venue can verify your age and identity in accordance with their age requirement policies.
What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is determined by the event organizer or venue, as we are a third-party ticket provider and do not establish these policies. To find out more about the cancellation policy for a particular event, we recommend reviewing the terms and conditions provided during the ticket purchase process or reaching out directly to the event organizer or venue.
How will I receive my ticket?
You will receive an email with a scannable QR Code.
What time do I need to arrive for the event I have purchased tickets for?
It is advisable for all ticket holders to arrive before 12am - if you arrive after this time we cannot guarantee entry to the event & it will be up to the doorman's discretion
How do I show up for my table reservation?
It is important that the person who made the reservation is present and has either a drivers license or passport with matching credit card. If you are unable to attend or you have a guest that wants to pay instead, please inform the host at the venue and they will be able to assist you.
What is included with my ticket purchase?
Depending on the type of ticket you purchased, your ticket may include open bar etc, but it is important to check the information provided to you when purchasing the ticket what is included.
What is included in a table reservation?
Please fill out our "Table Reservation" form and provide us with as much details as possible, so we can inform you based on your party size & budget. These will vary depending on the venue.
Can I change the date or venue that I purchased my ticket for?
As a third-party ticket provider, we do not have direct control over these aspects. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of the event or contacting the venue or event organizer directly for inquiries related to date or venue changes.
How much does a table reservation cost?
Table reservations vary in pricing based on the event, venue, number of guests. Each table reservation will have a varying min spend, which is the minimum amount you must spend on beverages during your time at the event.
